Dental Health Clinic

• Quality dental services to all children and adults, including x-rays, exams, cleanings, fillings, sealants, fluoride varnishes, root canals, crowns, bridges, dentures, Invisalign braces, and restorative services for implants.
  
• Oral health education, including brushing, flossing, safety, and signs of a dental emergency to adults and children in a variety of settings such as daycares, schools, and health fairs.
  
• Partners with the school district to provide services to children through established school dental clinics at all middle and elementary schools.

We try our best to schedule dental appointments as soon as possible. However, there is a high demand for our services. For assistance, please call 863-231-6470.

Please make every effort to arrive at your appointment on time.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we may offer the appointment to another patient.

• Medicaid or insurance card, if applicable
• Identification
• Proof of legal guardianship/custody (if you are not the legal parent)
• If requesting sliding fee scale services, verification of income will be required
