What is Florida CHARTS?
Florida Community Health Assessment and Resource Tool Set (CHARTS) is a website providing easy access to health indicator data at the community and statewide level for the State of Florida.
What can I do with CHARTS?
With CHARTS, you can track the health status of your community. Whether it’s looking at your county’s tobacco use rate or identifying the number of births in your local census tracts, CHARTS has the data you need. This data is displayed in profile reports, maps, data tables and flexible query systems.
How often is data updated on CHARTS?
Data for most CHARTS indicators is updated annually. However, you can find up-to-date information on birth, deaths and communicable diseases by using our flexible query systems. Most of this data is updated weekly.
Can anyone use CHARTS?
